What is a Snoozecard?
A Snoozecard is a virtual payment card with a spending limit and expiry date. You can use it instead of your regular card when signing up for free trials or subscriptions. When the card expires, it can no longer be used for new charges.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 3 active Snoozecards, virtual payment cards, spending limits, expiry dates, trial detection and reminders, and no credit check. Connecting your Google account is optional.
What do I get with Premium?
Premium includes unlimited Snoozecards, merchant lock, cancellation assistance, advanced trial reminders, and priority support.
How does Snoozecard detect my free trials?
When you connect your Google account, Snoozecard scans your inbox for emails related to free trials and subscriptions. We identify the merchant, trial end date, and expected charge, then send you a reminder before the trial ends.
How do virtual cards protect me from unwanted charges?
Every Snoozecard has a spending limit and expiry date that you set. Once the card expires or reaches its spending limit, additional charges are declined. Your regular card details aren't provided to the merchant.
What is Cancellation Assistance?
When a trial is ending, Snoozecard provides a direct link to the subscription's cancellation page. You complete the cancellation on the merchant's own website, so you don't have to search for the right page yourself.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium plan anytime from Settings. You'll keep your Premium features until the end of your current billing period, then move to the Free plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to Premium anytime from Settings. If you downgrade to Free, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
