Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Welcome to Snoozecard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Silent Base LLC, operating as Snoozecard ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Snoozecard mobile app and website. By creating an account or using Snoozecard, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Snoozecard does
Snoozecard is a subscription trial management service that lets you:
- Create virtual payment cards with configurable spending limits and expiry dates
- Help identify free trial signups and upcoming renewals in your connected Google account
- Receive reminders and take actions on detected trials
Virtual cards are issued through our regulated card issuing partners, not by Snoozecard directly.
2. Who can use Snoozecard
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your country of residence. Snoozecard is currently in beta. Availability may be limited by invitation and country while we expand support.
You may only use Snoozecard for personal use. Business accounts and commercial reselling are not permitted without written permission from us.
3. Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Snoozecards (virtual cards)
Each Snoozecard is a virtual payment card issued through one of our regulated card issuing partners. Transactions are processed using the funding method supported by our card issuing partner and selected by you.
You agree to:
- Only use Snoozecards for lawful purchases
- Not attempt to use Snoozecards for illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering
- Accept that Snoozecards have hard spending limits and expiry dates that cannot be extended by the merchant
- Understand that we may close or freeze cards if we detect suspicious activity
5. Fees
Snoozecard is currently free during beta. When we begin charging for the service, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and give you the option to cancel before any fee applies.
6. Google account access
If you choose to connect your Google account, you authorize Snoozecard to access your Gmail using Google's read-only permissions solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access anytime through your Google account settings.
7. Feature availability
Some features may not be available in every country or for every account. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
8. What we don't do
Snoozecard is not a bank, a subscription cancellation service, or a financial advisor. Specifically:
- We do not cancel your subscriptions with merchants on your behalf
- We do not represent you in disputes with merchants
- We do not guarantee that every trial in your inbox will be detected
- We do not provide banking, credit, or investment services
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use Snoozecard to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Commit fraud or harm others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our software
- Interfere with the operation of our service
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Resell Snoozecards to third parties
- Violate card network rules or attempt to evade merchant policies
Violating these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Third-party services
Snoozecard integrates with third-party services (Google, Anthropic, our card issuing partner, and others). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
11. Termination
You can delete your Snoozecard account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or our partners.
Upon termination, any active Snoozecards will be closed and no further charges can be made on them.
12. Disclaimers
Snoozecard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or catch every trial email in your inbox.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snoozecard is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (or CAD $100, whichever is greater).
14. Intellectual property
All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content are owned by Snoozecard or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
15. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of payment networks, cloud providers, telecommunications services, or natural disasters.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Snoozecard after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
